Do they have free refills? It's not at all clear, the tea is out in the open, but they have the fountain drinks behind the counter. I've only been there a handful of times, but I've never seen anyone get a refill.

Yes free tea and soft drinks also you just have to ask the staff.

We have been several times and have gotten free refills on soft drinks & tea. And the food is awesome & we always end up taking some home since they give you so much! Everyone is super friendly!
