When can you reserve a table for Saturday or can you go Saturday morning and set up then pay

I think you can just go and set up then pay

You set up, then they come around and collect the money from you.

I set up on the outside. Someone came around to collect the fee about an hour after we got setup.

How much is it to rent a table? What time is the best time to get there to set up?
