I just had one of the worst, customer service experiences ever. The customer in front of me, was appalled by the employee's behavior, and I couldn't believe the employee was allowed to continue to argue back, repeatedly. And,the pharmacist in charge was right there and said nothing. And since I committed to the customer, l can't believe she is continuing to argue back and forth with you. So, I was ignored until someone else decided to wait on me. And,by that time there were 6 people in line. Wonder they are going to blame the pandemic on this kind of unprofessional behavior.

I had 2 prescriptions that was sent in around 10pm from Pelham Urgent Care on 1/6/21. So I’m thinking I was going to get my medications that night, being that this location closed at midnight. Boy was I sadly mistaken. I pulled up to the drive thru about 25 minutes later, and waited for about 30 minutes just so the guy could tell me that the prescriptions would be ready the next day. So I called ahead of time before leaving my house just to make sure the prescriptions was filled, which I was told they were. So I arrived at the drive thru, and the young lady that assisted me was rude, and acting in a bit of a rush. I still had to wait a few minutes before I was given my prescriptions. So I finally got my prescriptions, and headed home, and noticed when I got home, that some of the liquid medicine had spilled, and the top was loose. I was in so much pain, and could barely talk, that I didn’t even bother to call, but I probably should have called anyway. That particular medication was schedule for 10 days to complete, but I’m on the 8th day, and will run out today. So I called the pharmacy and explained to the lady what happened, and all she could say is that I would need to call my doctor, being that he only prescribed two bottles, which I told her that should have equated to 10 days, but obviously was not. So now you expect for me to pay for the other 2 days I need to complete the 10 days?!! All I know is I better not get reinfected due to negligence with this pharmacy. I will be calling DHEC today to express my concerns, and will NEVER do business with this CVS again! Very rude, and incompetent staff.

At this point I need corporates number I went here Friday 11-12-21 after leaving the er with my daughter we had a prescription for amoxicillin I was told that it would be a hour before they can fill it so I went around and parked and waited a whole hour I went back to the window for the lady to tell me they didn't have it in stock. I didn't receive a text call or nothing. I had to go to another pharmacy and was taken care of in 30 minutes. This particular pharmacy needs a whole new staff I have even received text for my own medication saying it was ready for pickup and I still had to wait 2 hour's for them to get it ready. I really don't understand this but I will be getting all of my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy as of today!!!

We drove 30 minutes and were just told it would be 70 minutes until the prescription was ready when there are very few people waiting. Very disappointed in CVS customer service.
