They have a millet and flax sourdough bagel, however they are prepared in the same kitchen as other bagels so it's possible that gluten can come in contact with the GF version.
I'm not an employee but visit there a lot. I don't think they have a true gluten free bagel but may offer one that's pretty close to it.
