You have to call and make an appointment.
I think you have to sign up for the vaccine, and are given a time slot, for you to show up to. Unfortunately, I am not sure what their actual policy or procedures are for the vaccine.
I called and asked if there was a waiting list and I was told yes. I had my grandmother name put in it. That was over a month ago. The best I can say is keep trying.
