Why is this place so poorly run? Why do you admit so many people but don’t have enough equipment? Why do you advertise for items that you don’t have? Why don’t you refund guests money when you can’t provide anything that you advertise for?

The place is very well run, they are kind and helpful. The prices wete good and the Covid protocols were very strictly enforced. We went three weeks ago and had an absolute blast!!!
