I called in my order. When i get there they didnt even have my order in the computer, then rudely ask what i want and i was gonna have to wait. I was on my lunch that was the purpose of calling it in. I will never go back. They are very rude.

I haven't had any issues lately. Maybe it was bad a day. But I usually call in my order!

Lately their customer service has been subpar. This is sad because the wings are on point. They should hire some employees that take pride in serving the customer. Without paying customers there is no American Wings.

Wings and fries great. Customer service on point.

Love the wings & chicken fried rice. No complaints here.
