I don't know, but the park has spot with some grills.
I was once approached by a ranger to use only the grills they offer in the park for safety reason, I was almost finished using my portable grill so didn't bother to argue.
There are very few thats why we wanted to bring our own lol
Not sure but during the summer water shoots up out of the ground for you to play in. Also, you can take blankets and have picnics on the grass.
I have seen people with small portable grills. The park has alot of grills to offer
