I agree with Ron. I've been going there for a couple years and have had one bad item which was a sausage biscuit that the biscuit was like a rock but I pulled back through and they apologized countless times and replaced it and an extra for my troubles. I have to rate them a 4.5.
Why didn't you use the kiosk. When it's busy I do. It's almost as quick as being first in line.
I don't eat at McDonalds or any other fast food... only stop once in a while for a tea
That McDonald's is the worst i sat in line almost 30mins for a cup of coffee
I like the McDonald's at Colony Plaza. My experience with them has always been good. If you don't like them don't go there anymore.
