No words to express my disappointment. Washed hair the next day to get all of the sticky products out. Color and cut beyond awful. Asked for highlights, stylist didn't think I needed them. Flat, dull color. One inch at crown and bald spots . Devastated doesn't even explain how I feel. Just a horrible mess. 😪

My husband and I were on vacation. He needed a haircut, so he thought he’d make a quick trip to get his hair cut. The sign said “walk-ins welcome.” He glanced in the shop and saw one hairdresser taking her client’s money for his haircut, one hairdresser was sitting in a chair, and a third hairdresser was sweeping. He walked in and asked if he could get his haircut. The hairdresser sitting in her chair said he’d have to make an appointment for tomorrow. (It would literally take less than 10 mouton cut my husband’s hair.) After that my husband ran an errand to a nearby grocery store. After about 10 minutes he checked out and walked by the Haircuttery. No one was in the shop. Needless to say, the work ethic at this salon is really quite poor. My husband will wait until we return home to walk-in at our hometown Haircuttery to get his hair cut - like he always does.

Has sign that says walk ins welcome and same day apps available. I walked in at 5:15 and they close at 8 and was turned away. Said that they were booked. Even though there was only one customer in the entire salon. I quoted their signage and was told that they can only do that if they have the time. Told me to try down the road and I got the same answer. Rudest service ever. Will not go back

Good cut at a fair price. This chain is a bit inconsistant. Some listen better than others. My current hairdresser is Katie and she does a fantastic job listening and styling. I hope she stays! Lol.
