We picked it out randomly on a travel website and it was an unexpected and amazing few days. We actually stopped on our way back from a hotel on South Beach that was multiple times the price and can honestly say this was better in every way. What a rare find, from the desk staff to the amenities, to the cleanliness of the room, to lunch at Wolf Gang Puck's by the pool it was exceptional. The conference center looks first class also. The pictures online do not do it justice. It is nicer. We spent two great days and actually felt like we were at a luxury hotel in a rocky mountain resort by Yellowstone. Thanks for making us feel special! Our only complaint is that we could not stay longer.

Great experience here, and would stay again. The hotel stuck to the theme of Brownwood without being tacky - some parts were downright beautiful making it a perfect venue for an event. The rooms were comfy and clean. We had the bonus of a great view of the lake and model Village neighborhood. Breakfast felt a little expensive at the Chef's studio because we did not eat very much, but was delicious and would recommend trying at least once. The staff was always friendly and helpful - special shout-out to Katie at the front desk! There is a pool, spa, and restaurant (Wolfgang Puck) attached to the hotel, but there is also a few other restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance if you want a change of pace without having to hop in your car. It is also super close to Brownwood Square in the Villages with even more variety and activities. We had a great time and would definitely recommend!

By far the top notch hotel anywhere near the Villages. Super front desk (Angie) especially. Rooms are VERY clean, updated granite top vanities and super nice showers with dual shower heads. Virtually the same price as the older hotels north near Spanish Springs and this facility is considerably nicer for just a few bucks more. Well worth it. Also, if you need to get a ride to Orlando airport, you can get the bus to pick you up right outside the door.

Excellent! My young family and I had such a great time here! LOVED their pool-side lounge beds! They were completely in the shade and made our day at the pool wonderful! The pool was a great temperature, probably heated. We paid for the breakfast buffet, and it was delicious! Lots of variety and super fresh! My eggs were perfectly made! I’m picky about my eggs. The rooms were comfortable and clean! Great water pressure in the shower. I loved that the thermostat went up in .5 degree increments. And it was obvious that the AC unit had a good dehumidifier in it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and want to return! Highly recommend!
