Your question is valid. I completely agree with you. If they didn't have a great/good experience why would they rate it 5 stars? I do not come into town often, and do not have a Chick-fil-A near me. All I can say is the last time I visited one their service was great.
If you feel as though they need to improve on something, notify the manager, speak with someone there, call the owner or articulate it in your review. I enjoyed my experience there and didn't determine I wanted them to improve anything, thus I opted not to write the manager or owner or identify anything in my review.
