Yes, on a leash should be fine after all, they do sell dogs & pet products there.
Yes, plenty of people bring dogs.
They no longer sell animals here, it is now against the law to sell dogs at a flea market. They prefer that no dogs are on the premises.
Yes we put our two med sized dogs in a stroller. Some carry theirs. Bigger dogs on a leash. Expect ppl to live up on you puppers

Signs say no pets. But they have pets forsale up a isle like a pet store. Of course some will walk there pet around not reading signs. They sell pet products too. One guy sold tractor/mower tires. and blades doesnt mean drive tractors right in. Lol
I seen lots of signs that said no pets but I also seen a lot of people with their pets which were not identified as service animals. So the appropriate answer is no pets are not allowed but several people choose not abide by this rule and bring their pets.
