The Restaurant was founded in 2007 in Clermont Fl with Dominican and Puerto Rican roots, though some platters are from Cuban decent we strive to keep a Healthy Latin infused cuisine, without labeling any specific country.
Ooops....sorry. it does matter. Despite the blunder...the menu calls it a "cuban" to me its flat bread , pork, ham , cheese...maybe marinated in mojo... but garlic is present...so made by Dominicans, Puerto Ricans, or martians....its still the best damn "cuban" around!
