Can you sell dog treats or food here if you're just making it at home? Or do you need some license or FDA approval?

I would think you can, there is a few vender's selling homemade stuff and i remember a lady selling homemade candy and im pretty sure she dosent have any license or fda approval

I also have seen a few people selling homemade food items and it looks like they don't need a license. But not fully sure.
