You said it yourself Miguel,"YOU" used that device for a week, and then bring it in the store asking to get a brand new one because you say it doesn't charge now.You were given a few options just like EVERY customer,and that device comes with a factory warranty,and if your problem is with following proper procedure and policy I can't fix that! Our solution is still the same as always, contact Smok which is the product maker we are only the retailer. As a retail store, only the consumer has the ability to use the warranty,thats why we refer to this as a last resort, after we diagnose the situation.. Good Luck!!
