Went to Smokey Jones after hearing their name sponsoring the Wild Splash in St. Pete after seeing my vape coil was hard to find and me and my girlfriend ended being customers and finding our taste of flavors for vaping and kept my dinosaur vape ALIVE lol and her with a suitable small vape to cut cost on religiously buying puff sticks. Thanks night crew and thanks to Daniella who made my experience…”Muy gracias” lol now I’m bi lingual and learned a new curse word in spanish. All CDC Guidelines are implemented at all times..We also added a additional level of protection with walk up automatic temperature checks before entering the dispensary side. Stay safe and wear a mask, we sell them too!!

I had purchased smok or smok compatible coils, tanks, boxes there but that was a year ago or so.
You said it yourself Miguel,"YOU" used that device for a week, and then bring it in the store asking to get a brand new one because you say it doesn't charge now.You were given a few options just like EVERY customer,and that device comes with a factory warranty,and if your problem is with following proper procedure and policy I can't fix that! Our solution is still the same as always, contact Smok which is the product maker we are only the retailer. As a retail store, only the consumer has the ability to use the warranty,thats why we refer to this as a last resort, after we diagnose the situation.. Good Luck!!
