No. They say you can but if you get towaway it's not our problem. Not nice of them at all. Policeman said it's private property.
No parking is only for employees of the mall. Others are leaving cars there at risk of being towed. The garages flood often though so it would not be a good idea to leave the car there anyway. There are signs everywhere warning of flooding risk in the garages.
Yes, this is a flood zone, not a good place to leave your vehicle, besides, it is open with lots of debris flying due to many trees and constructions around this area. Besides, Mall will remove your vehicle! Lots of sign advising not to park there before or during a storm.
