Looks like they did some light remodeling and we were one of their first customers for the day and the place looked and smelled SO CLEAN!! Our server was VERY attentive, our food came out SUPER quick and was REALLY good, even better than other Chili's I've been to. SO happy to have a great Chili's not far from our house because it's one of my fave restaurants and my 9 yr old daughter's fave too!!

I always go there sometimes when I want to relax a little bit by myself, with family or friends. It's awesome most of the waiters are cool specially if you're sitting at the bar!

The Long Island Ice teas and El Nino Margaritas were delicious and made to perfection (Props to the PM Bartenders) We enjoyed Mango-habanero Chicken Crispers, Buffalo Wings, Fried Pickles along with the Queso Dip! Overall, great service and experience.

I've been a frequent customer at chili's for several years, this location is one of my favorites. I recently came here on November 29,2021 and the server was respectful and welcoming. She remembered my order and the orders of my family members. However, the main meals were served before the appetizers. The main meals were served in portions as opposed to a whole. Which was the first time that I experienced this at chili's. Secondly, we waited more than 20 minutes for the appetizers and the meals. Also , certain customer's meals were served prior to ours and these were customers that entered the restaurant after us. Overall, the experience was good but I would simply recommend better serving, because appetizers are supposed to be served prior to the main meals and meals should be served completely not in portions.

Wow. I go at least once a week. But..... I sit at the bar and watch a big screen. The bartender is my server. I have sat at a booth before with a friend and had excellent service from a man named Jimmy. About the chips & salsa, if you have or sign up for a Plenti card that works at Chile's, Exon, Mobile and Winn Dixie. After you use the free discount card twice, you will get an email informing you of free chips and salsa anytime you show up even just to pick up the chips and salsa to go. Free. At the Aventura location you went to, the only thing I would have suggested you speak to a manager. They will give you Chips & Salsa free and offer you anything else to make up for an unpleasant visit. I live 5 minutes from the Chile's you went to and I am embarrassed. That store usually has an impeccable staff. I lived in High Point....At that time in my life we went to Applebee's frequently. I love the H Point Applebee's. Truly sorry for your lovely family's experience.
