That happens sometimes. The employees are in a tense environment that usually confuses them even if they want to give the best possible service to their clients.
I don't see a question, just a personal comment about the service these people received, which was terrible in 2 instances, from the deli section and the other from the butcher shop.
The one in the butcher shop is super bad. I also asked three employees for something. They told me they were going to give it to me and none of them did anything until I talked to a manager and he brought me the food. ask 3 employees for something and they have me waiting until I .. spoke to a manager and was the one who help me none had intention to help me I do not understand the confusion in a place k has almost no clientele yet and is practically empty
