Yes it is kosher. The meat is all vegetarian. Milk is kosher but for cholov yisrael, ask for "kosher milk" even though the regular milk is kosher as well. Bottled drinks and food at the register need to be checked for a hechsher tho. Also near the bathroom there is an old outdated sign about the hechsher in Starbucks on 41st street. That sign is wrong and Starbucks is no longer kosher anymore (save for americano and caffé laté and some bottled fraps)
