Google goes off of how's it been before like before the pandemic.they have people that drive around and collect data for google for everything.so maybe they haven't updated the information yet ? But then again this pandemic has unpredictable so with any business it's hard to predict.
Then why does Google say "Live" and how busy they are. I think Google is broken.
I don't think anyone can guess when they are busy, nor how long you must wait every time is different.
