My Eco Wash

This used to be my go-to car wash and I would drive 30 minutes from Davie to go there. However, the last few visits have been disappointing...equipment hasn't been working, everything has become an upgrade, quality of wash has gone way down. Today was horrible. I had a lot of road grime from the weather we've had recently and the wash took almost none of it off. Almost as though there was no detergent/solvents used in the process. I tried to rub it off on site but just smeared everywhere. Had to re-wash by hand when I got home. I love the convenience of an automated car wash but will not drive out of my way and pay $25 for a car wash here again. Hope ownership takes notice and makes whatever changes are necessary as this was once a little gem amongst the others.

Disappointed, initial service was great I actually signed up for the family plan form the very beginning when the business opened, once running for couple months the service quality declined and what I was initially offered and paid for: the manager special was not performed as the rotating drying components (due to countless of reasons) were not working on a consistent basis, initially whenever this happened to compensate for the service not provided the ceramic was offered. This situation became persistent and no other service was offered to compensate the missing portion of the manager special, at this point I felt cheated and taken advantage of. I decided to cancel the membership. I hope they have or at least try to correct the situation and wish them well.

I have been with this company since the exception of their opening I gladly pay my membership fee every month. They are hands-down our hands up the best in town I bring my car here on a daily basis everything is always at its best and the owners are more than happy to help you at all times. Such a great place. We finally have an amazing place to clean our cars in Pembroke Pines! Love this place. Great pricing and I love that you can detail your own car! Vaccums are powerful and I love the air blower for finer detailing! This is the only place I go to and I highly recommend it!
