Whenever you're unsatisfied with a food order, just go inside and ask for the manager. From there the manager should sort things out
Guides are supposed to answer questions, not creat drama. If this happened to me, I would first understand that these employees work very hard and do make mistakes. I would go back inside or the drive through depending on how busy they are and they will rectify the problem. That little speaker box you order through , my assumpitipm is you went through the drive through has terrible sound so sometimes they misunderstand your order or it is botched on the inside. EITHER WAY, McDonalds is usually very good with fixing problems or you can complain by using your receipt which will have a survey on it and or call the store directly for what you can do. Hope that helps.
As a paying customer you should demand what you are paying for. Don't have to cause a conflict or scene just communicate, remember it's not what you say but how you say it. You will get results
You should have debated as soon as she passed it over and shown the receipt as proof of purchase.
I understand why you are upset but they will fix that soon
Ok that is messed up but please don't get really worked up believe they will get ot right the next time.....
