DQ first started in Illinois in 1940. They were in Miami in the 50s. This store is one of the first. 441 was very undeveloped. I'm 68 and I went here as a child. I remember one on 87th street and 27th ave. And 17th ave and 54th street. Still the best place for ice cream treats.
