I give this community five stars because our experience has been excellent from the time we toured the community to the time we moved in. We have been here for almost a month and we have received the best care. Vanessa our leasing agent was wonderful with our leasing process. She made us feel at home right away. Joel our maintenance guy is very reliable and handles our maintenance requests quick and effective. We had an emergency with a pipe bursting and the maintenance team came in to assist right away. The next day a plumbing company came in to fix the pipe. We are very happy we chose Bell Miramar as our new home. I highly recommend this community.

Over the last few months, I have been searching for the right place to call home. Finally, I found what I was looking for and two months later could not be happier with my decision. The entire team here at Bell Miramar have been great, but a huge thanks goes to my realtor agent “Kenya Somodevilla” whose made my experience moving here an enjoyable, easy and stress free one. Kenya carefully listened while I explained what I was looking for in my apartment searches and provided multiple options that she genuinely felt would meet and exceed my expectations. Her goal was not only to find me the perfect place to call home, but also to assure I was completely comfortable and satisfied with my final decision. About two months now into my current lease, Kenya still treats me as a top priority and is readily available to answer any questions or concerns I may have. She was and still is, an absolute pleasure to work alongside with. Kenya, you are the representation of 5-star and you’ve done an outstanding job. (She knows what she’s doing, and she’s doing it extremely well!!) Thank you!! What I like most about this community is the well-maintained grounds area, the safety and security of the gated property, the beautiful walking path that circles around an enormous pond and water fountain, the indoor gym, the pool and outdoor lounge area, the on-site staff who are willing to immediately assist, plenty of parking, love the quietness of my neighbors, and finally the overall convenient location. Away from the chaotic city life, but close to the major highways and all the living essentials such as grocery, gas, activities, schools, shopping and restaurants. I couldn't be happier with my choice of moving here. Highly recommended. Thank you all.

Absolutely phenomenal service and care for town home provided by Jay our maintenance manager. Jay is always prompt, courteous and is able to quickly solve all our issues. Jay keeps an eye on the property and helps us in every way he can. I really appreciate Jay’s attention to detail and willingness to help us in every way whenever he is around and when responding to one of our service requests. Thank you Jay. We appreciate you very much!

Horribly disorganized and bad first impression.. I had an appointment and it took almost 20 minutes to get in. No one answered the office phone and there were NO SIGNS LEADING to the leasing office. Fortunately, I saw a resident that guided me to the side where the leasing office is located. There was a line of cars because no one in the office let us in. I understand it's a holiday week but what are people paying $400 admin fees and 125 application fees for??? They are giving subpar service at premium application rates. When I finally get to the leasing office, I had yet another 40 minute wait. I met a couple while waiting that was seeking help because they had a scheduled move in . There was no one to help them. Use all of those fees to hire temp workers for the holiday. This level of service is unacceptable. I can only imagine the lack of service residents have. I think managment does not invest much here because they accept Section 8. My husband and I are working professionals. This place will definitely not be attractive to a discerning customer.
