Do you use NYC water for your pizza dough? I’m just moved down from Brooklyn NY and am a bit afraid to try pizza in Florida because of the water. Makes dough chewy and not so good.

Save your money. Their pizza isn't very good. Go to Tutterossa's on Blind Pass. NY pizza style and very good.

They could use the waterboys blessed Inuit water and I still wouldn't recommend wasting your money here 😂
