Call them directly. They are extremely easy to work with.
Call them and cancel. Whether online or not, best way to know and have true confirmation is to speak to someone and always get a confirmation number or receipt of some sort. I had to cancel a payment earlier today - called in and it was done in 10 minutes. They have a fee if you don't cancel early enough. I think it is 24 hour notice.
