There is outside seating so I would say yes. However, I don't believe you can have a dog insude unless it is a service animal.
Haven't really seen a lot of dogs when I have gone.
So the answer to this question is, No ! You are not dog friendly. Stand by your policy. It is well within your right. More & More people are probably complaining about dogs at the bar. So it's even smart business, if you are getting complaints. No ill will. There's 1,000 establishments that are in fact dog friendly & will take my money.
