Ladies and Gentleman, Why is the Receptionist Ingrid at this place so rude. She should be replaced. Doctors are really good and helpful but this lady has been so Nasty on the phone and In person. Lady needs learn manners.

Yes she does and dont try telling her that because I did and she ruined my moms appointment and also on purpose messed up her insurance now my 70 year old mother can't get her appointment on time and also my mother had a monogram at a seprate place and because "Ingrid" was mad now my mother who is a senior has to wait mind you with a dry eye infection and the the optical sales chick is thinking everything is funny super unprofessional and unetical

I agree!!! One of the receptionist is very nice (younger lady) but the other one I think she was the manager was about to take me out of my Zen.! Doctors are great but the staff should be evaluated. Also, the Optical sales lady is very unprofessional as well.... I decided not to get my sons prescriptions filled by them. Not an amicable place for kids!
