Go to them and have them check it out.
It matter how bad it is. I would recommend having it checked just for your peace of mind. Also burns on a pet can be very painful. They can dispense meds specifically made for cats. Do not give human pain meds or apply human ointments to your pet.
Honestly it's just wound care like u would for anyone. If U think it's beyond ur capabilities take the cat in but I'd clean it with some bactine and put some antibiotic ointment on it.
I'd have her checked out!! Or call your normal vet and see what they suggest. Office visit alone is around 150 or higher
