NO they don’t. When I had an emergency with my baby Mattie before I had to send her to the rainbow, I took her there HOPING they would help her. The only reason I didn’t go to her usual vet, was because it was a Saturday and they were closed. They refused to accept her until I paid them $200, then after they ran a few tests to try to make a diagnosis for her and failed to find out what was wrong with her they charged me almost $500 more despite the fact that they had failed to diagnose what was wrong with her. The service was TERRIBLE. We spent over an hour just waiting to be seen AND were charged nearly $700 for bas basically NOTHING. I will NEVER use them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone else.
Unfortunately they do not have payment plans.
