I believe they can still be rented at Southwest Scaffold in Bridgeville or Universal Scaffold in Zelienople.
How much per frame to buy?, universal only has to buy them, I'll check in morning with southwest
Pretty good chance, they rent just about anything you can think of and much much more. If they do not rent those scaffold frames they will be able to tell you where to find them.
