This is the third time now where the same pair of glasses from here has gotten bad etched like scratches. It has only been about a month since the last time they were fixed. Has anyone else had similar problems with glasses from here?

I have not, mine have lasted two years with frequent wear and cleaning, and I rarely use the case. That's a shame about yours though, I'd be frustrated too if that was my experience.
