We did not check out the raptor center so I am sorry to say I do not have an answer for that. A wheel chair would have a difficult time as some trails are narrow and there are times where you will have to climb improvised steps from rocks and such. You could hike with a cane just like a walking stick but I believe the climbing would be strenuous.
No A wheelchair can't be used on all trails. I'm not sure about a cane. Maybe if the ground isn't too wet like it was when we went. A little slippery on our adventures.
A wheelchair would be too difficult and dangerous for these trails as you climb up and down stepping stones and there's many steep downhills but a cane could be used as a walking stick as long as you have the strength to go up the hills.
Dont take a wheel chair. A cane is possible but its a steep difficult vertical incline close to 200yds. If you have trouble with distances i wouldnt recommend it.
