Only service dogs are permitted on the grounds during the fair. It is very loud and busy and may not be a good time for your pet.

Yes dogs are allowed, its very loud so id reccomend leaving them at home unless it's a service dog

I'm not sure about that but I did see dogs there on leashes. Once I get there to the gate ask someone there.
