For personal use, no restrictions. Professional work I guess you would need to follow guidelines and request permission, but I see no problems there. I would call ahead of time to coordinate and make sure it doesn't overlap with other activities they offer.

I think you'd all have to pay admission but I took pictures while there. Of the garden, but... You could call them to verify.
