Help is difficult to obtain, they sell defective products and the won't be accountable for their merchandise.

I been a customer of theirs for about 3 yrs. I can honestly say, they have always been helpful and courteous and resolved my problem. However, I've never received a defective item from them. I would hope that their professionalism would be the same or heighten with a bigger and more expensive problem. My problems so far have been nothing but childs play, minor things.

The Metro PCS store in Huntington (near Kmart) sold me a used iPhone as if it was new. The Apple store told me that my phone was over a year old, refurbished and out of warranty. This is complete fraud committed by the Metro PCS location in Huntington (near Kmart).

I guess it depends on where u go I have had pretty good service since I have been going there

Worst service they are not accountable for their devices, and forcing people to pay for services included in the warranty.

Just return them, my experience was ok.
