It is easy. You need to take the Airtrain to Jamaica Station. When you arrive at the Jamaica station, you need to obtain a MetroCard for the airtrain ($5) and for the subway ($2.75). When you exit the airtrain, keep walking until you reach the double doors to exit. You will be at the Jamacia station for the long island railroad. Keep walking to the end until you see the elevators. You will go through two elevators before reaching the end. You take the elevator there. You won't get lost because lots of people will walk to the train. you will see.

There is a connection from and to JFK with the AirTrain at Jamaica Station. Also, there are Manhattan destinations via AirTrain. Please search online for the MTA subway map. The fares may range from 5 to 7.50 one way, are certainly less costly than a taxi. Spanish is a beautiful language, your sincere questions are not an offense.
