How do you feel about the Jacuzzi is always closed for Maintenance. My membership is basically based on this for Therapy. How do you feel about this always closed for more than three weeks?

You have make complain to management or write the owner of the gym

I never used it but that not fair to the other people..

I personally don't use the sauna/ Jacuzzi because ppl go in there with their sneakers on....The sign(s) clearly states NO SNEAKERS
