do you need a reservation

I went in the morning and we just walked in the line to order after that we sat down when a seat was available it's a little crowded. But it's worth calling to make the reservation if you don't want to run into waiting for a sit or it's so crowded you could have called in advance

I would highly suggest a reservation. When we went to dinner (on a Wednesday night) it was full.

Typically no. But if it’s dinner time, I would suggest you do, dinner is from 6:00pm to close if I remember correctly.
