We arrived at 0630. The virtual que opened up at 0700. We were scanned in and then enjoyed some walking around NYC. The store opened up at 1100 that day and we got out txt around 1200. Once you get your txt you have any hour to return to the store. It is free to get in but nearly impossible to walk out without buying something. Lol.
No. But you need a reservation which could take 10 hrs till your number is called. They text you when your number is close to coming up
