Please accept our sincerest apologies; we've been making spectacular desserts for weddings all summer long and received rave reviews not just about our quality, but also about our high level of customer service. We just notified Chris Weber, our Wedding Coordinator, who will figure out what happened and resolve the issue. He normally is extremely responsive, so again, we're sorry things went sideways regarding the email connection.
I suggest going there in person. They are completely slammed with long lines a lot, so they may be swamped.
