If you get there when the first open your PCR will be back in 12 hours. Rapid in 30 minutes

You can get both there and you do not need an appointment. I received mine with in 3 hours for rapid and two days for the 3 day one.

No You don't need an appointment. Call 311 for testing locations, unless you know of a site
