There are certain things you just don't order. There are certain times of the day and year to just stay clear. From the time they opened (I was there for opening day with regional mgmt) until about the summer of 2010 they've had a great run. It's been a steady, albeit long, descent into mediocrity.
Yes, they are extremely horrible, and their breakfast is disgusting, everything tasted spoiled
