I tried to buy one donut hole and was told I had to buy four, that's their policy. I said they'r four for a $ 1, why can't I buy one ? Again, that's our policy. If that's how they treat their customers, it's no wonder they're losing people.

If its a policy its a policy. Thats how businesses work. And sure it is frank. Mcdonalds has many policies that are "not I the public view or posted" because they are for the company and not the customer. They are just doing their jobs which is made a hell of a lot harder by people like you.

Hey Ethan, it's not a policy if it's not I the public's view or posted. That employee is wrong and I could have argued my case, but you can't win against an 28 year old who's allegedly in charge.
