ever since new management, this location has been terrible, the coffee is never made right when i go, it’s always watered down, and just gross… with prices being high w everything right now it’s frustrating to waste money… only reason i go to this location is bc it’s close, but now i’m just going to go further…

Such a bad horrible customer service I asked for a black coffee with 4 sugar and they gave me black tea Idk what the hell is wrong with this place And I ask for 2 old fashion donuts and they gave me one full and one half donuts This place is so trash Never going Not recommended at all

If its a policy its a policy. Thats how businesses work. And sure it is frank. Mcdonalds has many policies that are "not I the public view or posted" because they are for the company and not the customer. They are just doing their jobs which is made a hell of a lot harder by people like you.
