I asked him to heat it. Then he argued, "look at the steam". Obviously, he had no interest in helping the customer. The preheated tins were steaming. The food was not hot. After heating the food on a open pan for 2 min. It still was not hot. There is a problem with the preheated food.
Zachary, did you ask the manager to replace the item with another one since you obviously found yours not satisfactory?
