The amount of compensation you are entitled to depends on many elements, most importantly, your DOI or Date Of Injury and your AWW or Average Weekly Wage. This helps to determine your CR or Compensation Rate, which is an essential factor in every case. Sometimes the CR set by the insurance company is incorrect and only after my firm analyzes your wage records, do we find that you may be entitled to more money per week than you had been receiving. This often results in an additional payment on top of the money that you are already receiving.
