There is a note on the door saying they were bought out by Grace Homes. I believe that is why there is no one answering and the site being down. (only for residents) You can still view the apartments like a new prospect. This will be the 5th management company in 8 years!!! Last year for me.
Because the neighborhood sucks and they don’t care about the rats and roaches ! I called one month ago about rats and no one came to treat and check the apartment
